UNM Class Lists

How to Email Students in Your Class
You must be assigned to the section as an instructor to access a class list. If a section you are teaching does not appear in your "Select Class Section" list, please contact the Scheduling Office at the Albuquerque campus, firstname.lastname@example.org or 505-277-4336, or your Branch Scheduling person to verify your instructional assignments.
To send email to the entire class, please follow the below instructions.
- Login to my.unm.edu
- Click on the Faculty Life tab
- Click on the LoboWeb link
- Click on the Faculty & Advisors Menu (if not already displayed)
- Navigate to the "View Summary Class List" page
- Scroll to the bottom of the page
- There is a button at the end of the list of students to "Email Entire Class"
Important information about mailing your students:
Only UNM email addresses (@unm, @salud, @math, etc.) are used when emailing your class in accordance with University Business Policy #2540. The Subject field defaults to the Section identifying information but can be edited. You may attach files to individual and group emails. Emails will be sent directly from the system.
